Concert-dedication to mothers "Mother's heart"

May 13, 2012 at the square before the monument to Taras Shevchenko the choir chapel performed a solo program to Mother’s Day called "Mother's heart". The concert program included choral compositions dedicated to mothers of different ages, countries and genres. We started our performans with a prayer by using fragments of Akathist to the Blessed Virgin Mary. After the prayer sounded compositions for the mother country.Then sounded block of all known songs about mother. Helped us in this: Tatyana Yurynets (piano), Volodymyr Zaborowskyj (accordion), Taras Yatsyshyn (contrabass), Volodymyr Hrebenkov (percussion). Conducted Dmytro Katsal. Among the compositions beautifully recited poems about mother People's Artist of Ukraine Hryhoriy Shumeyko. At the end of the concert sounded «Ave Maria» Bach-Gounod and "Bozhe velykyj,yedynyj."
